To support you, we offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy that prioritizes convenience and clarity. Whether your purchase was made online or in-store, our returns process is designed to be straightforward and efficient. Please take the time to review the following guidelines to ensure your return experience is smooth and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns
  • To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  1. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  2. Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  • We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following:
  1. Sale or discounted items
  2. Gift cards
  • For items purchased online, returns must be initiated and processed through our online system. Similarly, items purchased in-store must be returned to the original store of purchase. Cross-channel returns (e.g., returning an online purchase in-store) are not accepted.
  • If your return does not align with these conditions, we will notify you about the next steps, including return-to-sender shipping options. Inselberg is not responsible for return-to-sender fees, but we’ll work with our logistics partners to help identify cost-effective solutions.
How to Start a Return
  • Initiating a return is simple:
  1. For online purchases, fill out the return request form linked on this page. For in-store purchases, please visit the original store of purchase with your receipt.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 3-5 business days.
  3. Once approved, online returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label, along with detailed instructions for sending your item back. In-store returns will be processed directly at the store.
  • Important: Returns sent without prior approval or outside the 30-day return window will not be accepted. Items deemed ineligible for return and left unclaimed for 30 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion. We will make multiple attempts to contact you about any unclaimed items before this occurs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@inselberg.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can quickly resolve the issue.
No Exchanges Policy
  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend returning the original item (following the steps above) and placing a new order for your desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees stock availability.
Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
