Inselberg gear is engineered for reliability in demanding environments, but extended use can take a toll. The Inselberg Repairs Program offers a solution for maintaining your gear’s performance and extending its lifespan.

Every Inselberg product is designed with repairability in mind. During development, we assemble, deconstruct, and rebuild each piece to ensure it not only performs to our standards but can also be restored when needed. This approach ensures that repairs maintain the same level of precision as the original manufacturing process.

The program supports all Inselberg products covered by our 5-year warranty, addressing defects in materials and craftsmanship. For items outside the warranty period, we assess the damage and confirm repair costs with you before proceeding.

What We Repair:

  • Tears, punctures, and abrasions
  • Zipper, drawcord, and hardware malfunctions
  • Fabric delamination
  • Seam reinforcement to restore structure

During the repair process, we provide a loaner jacket of similar style to ensure you’re not without critical gear.

How It Works
  • Submit Your Request
    Start by completing the Repair Request Form. Include as much detail as possible about the issue, along with clear photos of the damage. The more information you provide, the faster and more accurately we can process your request.
  • Assessment and Approval
    Once we receive your request, our repair specialists will review it. If your item is covered under warranty, repairs are performed free of charge. For non-warranty repairs, we’ll provide a detailed cost estimate for your approval. If additional information or inspection is needed, we’ll contact you.
  • Shipping Your Gear
  1. Under Warranty: We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
  2. Not Under Warranty: You’ll need to arrange shipping using an insured, trackable service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Repair Process
    Repairs are carried out at our facility by trained specialists using techniques that align with the original design. Every repair is done to ensure durability, functionality, and longevity.
  • Return and Loaner Gear
    While your gear is being repaired, we’ll provide a loaner jacket of similar design. Once repairs are complete, we’ll ship your restored gear back to you, along with instructions for returning the loaner.
Repair Timeline
  • Assessments: 3–5 business days from receiving your product.
  • Repairs: 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity and volume.
