INSELBERG'S COMMITMENT TO SEAMLESS DELIVERY

At Inselberg, we understand that anticipation is part of the shopping experience. From the moment you pick out your favorite gear to the thrill of unboxing it, we aim to make every step memorable and hassle-free.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

We strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible. Domestic orders will be shipped out within 2 business days and international orders will ship out within 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our UPS or standard international shipping options, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number. If you have questions about the whereabouts of your package after it has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly as we do not have access to packages once they leave our warehouse. A signature is required upon delivery of all of our shipments. If no one is home to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a notice to schedule redelivery or pickup. Inselberg is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit.
